Introducing fully-guided and personalised resin workshop courses by The Art Amardillo. The Art Amardillo (@theartamardillo) was founded in 2019 and creates art pieces that evoke a greater appreciation for nature’s artistry. A 2 hour session hands-on Fresh Flower Coaster Masterclass using real, preserved blooms to create a natural, long-lasting functional resin flower art. Suitable for both Beginners and Professionals (Florists, Resin Artists). You will leave with: (1) Practical knowledge on resin medium, reducing bubbles, resin mixing techniques, manipulating resin viscosity and using a heat gun. Learn about resin's ideal temperature and ideal curing rate. (2) Techniques on preserve your own flowers (whether a bouquet, a special occasion or home-grown/hand-picked botanics) and how to create using epoxy that is durable, scratch and heat resistant. (3) Your own iconic flower coaster and small paperweight take home! Starts at $250: includes the creation of 3 pieces - x2 raised edge coasters & x1 paperweight of choice.
